Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Principal Product Manager to lead and support our business teams. This high-impact individual contributor role plays a key part in shaping the future of our client-facing capabilities, improving operational efficiencies including integrating new partnerships and growth verticals by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-directed Principal Product Manager with expertise knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem to drive business to consumer (B2C) sales, an exemplary track record in influencing business decisions, and a passion for sales and financial services. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in product management, particularly in the domain of sales, marketing, and operations. This remote position is crucial to the NDR team, enabling us to enhance the quality and frequency of our services to clients, ensuring their journey with us is both empowering and transformative.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps and plans focused on elevating Sales and Sales/Revenue Operations business units.
  • Demonstrate deep technical understanding of platform & operational systems, experience with integrating with partner systems and a strong commercial acumen to identify and execute on high-impact partnership opportunities
  • Strategically identify and champion for optimizing key business processes to increase productivity, reduce cost and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from strategy, ideation and defining requirements through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Closely collaborate with Engineering & Business units to define and prioritize requirements for improving customer experience and operational processes leveraging technology.
  • Demonstrate data-driven approach to decision making and establish clear metrics for success and continuously track and report on performance.
  • Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to guarantee efficient and effective deployments.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on product releases, focusing on user and client-centric quality gates.
  • Perform in-depth impact analysis on current and future functionalities, identifying areas for improvement and innovative opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, client-centricity, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • 8 years in product management with a focus on B2C Sales required, preferably with sales/revenue operations experience.
  • 4 years’ experience in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and application in sales and integration scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in leveraging AI, knowledge of debt relief or financial services industry is highly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product design, and solving complex problems.
  • Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $162,500 to $187,000 annually.
