DescriptionNetSuite is seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation accounting products, including revenue recognition, expense amortization, and other core financial features. As a key member of our Product Management team, you'll be responsible for defining business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of product features that delight our customers.
As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be the central resource and driving force behind the design, development, and launch of our accounting products. You'll work closely with our engineering, QA, UX design, and research teams to create products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.

- Define and drive the creation of new features that customers love, leveraging your deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver great products and tools for both customers and developers.
- Define use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing product enhancements, customer and partner requests using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
- Partner with customers, marketing, sales, professional services, and support to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Analyze and integrate external customer specifications, suggesting and justifying product directions and specifications.
- Specify, design, and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture, building new products and development tools as needed.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
