This business is transforming how enterprise teams interact with AI across complex, high-stakes workflows, combining advanced AI systems with human expertise to deliver scalable, trustworthy, enterprise-ready solutions.

Following significant recent funding and rapid growth, they are now looking to hire a Lead Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end application experience across their AI-powered platform.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the user experience and workflow strategy across a sophisticated enterprise AI platform used by non-technical users operating in highly regulated environments.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI Product

• Enterprise UX

• Workflow Design

• Customer Adoption

• Product Strategy

You’ll work closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to build intuitive, scalable experiences that help enterprise users interact confidently with AI across complex workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

▪ Owning and refining the end-to-end product experience across the company’s AI platform
▪ Designing intuitive enterprise workflows for non-technical users
▪ Translating AI capabilities into scalable product features and roadmap priorities
▪ Building trust, explainability, and usability into AI-driven experiences
▪ Partnering closely with AI, engineering, and design teams
▪ Driving product execution from concept through to enterprise adoption
▪ Helping shape how enterprise users interact with AI in real-world environments

What They’re Looking For

▪ 7+ years of Product Management experience within B2B enterprise software
▪ Experience building products in startup environments (Series A–C preferred)
▪ Proven 0→1 product development experience
▪ Strong workflow design and enterprise UX experience
▪ Experience working closely with engineering and AI teams
▪ Strong customer empathy and product thinking for non-technical users
▪ Experience within regulated or complex industries is highly beneficial
