About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. This highly visible role is for a product leader who models excellence in execution, influence, and coaching. You will guide a product squad across a defined domain and mentor early-career product managers across the team, and represent the ideal standard of product practice across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

 

  • Own and lead eCommerce product lifecycle from strategy to outcomes for a product squad over a specific domain and coaches other peer PMs.
  • Embody deep expertise in continuously gathering domain knowledge, including customer needs, product analytics, business systems, and industry standards.
  • Model excellence in product trio collaboration, uniting varying perspectives and opinions towards common goals.
  • Foster clarity for the product pillar in the ambiguity of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities to drive desired outcomes.
  • Lead agile execution by setting best practices and driving clarity across epics, tickets, releases, and experiments.
  • Set the standard for release of product enhancements, including analyzing product metrics pre and post analysis, coordinating AB testing, and calculating business impact.
  •  Partner and tactfully influence cross-functionally with site operations, merchandising, customer service, and store operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives with consumer or ecommerce products
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering or equivalent training and experience preferred
  • Product management experience on at least one customer-facing ecommerce platform required, retail experience a plus
  •  Recognized for leading on technical, operational, omnichannel, and cross-functional initiatives with high complexity and strategic value
  • Experience integrating with third party SaaS providers for features including reviews, user generated content, outfitting, search, etc.
  • Advanced skills in strategic and analytical thinking with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities with an understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design, with expertise in data-tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Content Square or similar tool
  • Proficient at owning and driving end-to-end product requirements including prioritizing complex deliverables, driving discussions that lead to solutions and running large meetings with technical and business teams in Agile frameworks with a Scrum methodology
  • Proven and successful experience with managing end-to-end new product launches including deep understanding of effective product lifecycle planning
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills with ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
  • Motivational and tactful influencer who leads by example and excels at communication to ensures buy-in with all team members, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and judgments in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering high quality work under tight timelines
  • Comfortable and excited about the advancements in Artificial Intelligence and how it will shape the future of how we work as Product Managers
  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote location or a hybrid working arrangement from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $122,650 - $188,200 and may increase to $200,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary.  Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
