We are seeking a skilled IT Product Manager with expertise in managing external communication technologies, including websites and newsletter platforms, for a global organization. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of digital communication products, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and user support. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering requirements, driving enhancements, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. The position combines strategic product management with hands-on technical knowledge, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys shaping communication tools that support global outreach.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily operations of global external communication products, including websites and newsletter platforms.
  • Coordinate customer requests, prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and oversee bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders to support projects and change activities.
  • Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and IT leaders on design, architecture, performance, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, data privacy, accessibility, and SEO regulations.
  • Communicate new features, recommend improvements, and provide product training where needed.
  • Support global newsletter platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure product availability and reliability.


Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with external communication technologies at a global level.
  • Strong technical understanding of both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, jQuery) and back-end (C#, .NET 6, XSLT, APIs) development.
  • Proficiency with IDEs such as Microsoft Visual Studio and knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with newsletter/email marketing platforms (Oracle Eloqua or similar).
  • Experience with project/work management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-friendly design, SEO, Google Analytics, and Photoshop.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.
