 Our client, a highly respected P&C Insurance Company, is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join their growing technology team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of innovative IT products that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to drive initiatives from concept through implementation. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development to execution and delivery of IT solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to define product vision, goals, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of features that provide maximum business value.
  • Oversee product launches, enhancements, and performance metrics to measure success and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and project management teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in IT, with a proven track record of delivering technology products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and roadmap development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management certification (CSPO, Pragmatic, etc.) is preferred.
Salary / Benefits:
  • $165,000 to $195,000+ annual base salary plus 10–20% performance bonus
