About this Role: Â
Imagineeer is seeking a strategic HCM Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our HCM-based solutions for clients. This role is crucial for ensuring our HCM offerings meet client needs, align with business objectives, and leverage the platform's capabilities effectively. The ideal candidate combines deep HCM technical knowledge with strong business acumen, product management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCM implementationsÂ
- Translate client business requirements into comprehensive product specificationsÂ
- Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced functionality within HCM platformsÂ
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraintsÂ
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of product requirementsÂ
- Serve as the primary product owner in Agile development processes for HCM projectsÂ
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvementÂ
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisionsÂ
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through deployment and ongoing improvementÂ
- Create and maintain product documentation including requirements, specifications, and user guidesÂ
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product iterationsÂ
- Support pre-sales activities by providing product expertise and demonstrationsÂ
- Stay current with HCM updates, patches, and new module releasesÂ
- Evaluate third-party integrations and bolt-on solutions for potential implementationÂ
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and client satisfactionÂ
- Develop and execute product release plans and communication strategiesÂ

Qualifications and Skills:Â

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearanceÂ
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related fieldÂ

7+ years of experience supporting HRIT or HCM platforms in large enterprise or government environmentsÂ
- Experience in Product Manager or Product Owner role in Agile delivery environmentsÂ
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes: personnel actions, benefits, compensation, performance, onboarding, and position managementÂ
- Hands-on experience with HCM systems (PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP HCM, etc.)Â
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to gather complex requirements and convert into actionable solutionsÂ
- Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, and Agile sprint planningÂ
- Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder engagement skillsÂ
- Experience working on federal contracts or supporting federal HR organizationsÂ
Desired Skills and Competencies:Â
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related fieldÂ
- Experience with major HCM platforms (PeopleSoft 9.2+, Oracle Fusion, Workday), including cloud architecture and deploymentÂ
- Proficient in UI configuration and mobile capabilities (e.g., Fluid UI, responsive design)Â
- Skilled in HCM system integration technologies and cross-platform data flowsÂ
- Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologiesÂ
- Understanding of change management principles and practicesÂ
- Familiarity with competitive HR solutions and market trendsÂ
- Experience with business process reengineeringÂ
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting capabilitiesÂ
