The client is looking for a GTM Engineer with strong MarTech expertise and AI-enabled capabilities. This is a strategic engineering role focused on building next-generation GTM infrastructure rather than supporting legacy operational ticket queues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage connectors between Tealium, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MarTech platforms.
  • Finalize and maintain the always-on inbound flow between Tealium and Clay.
  • Test and validate Apex class triggers from Salesforce to Tealium.
  • Perform proactive QA on newly developed features and integrations.
  • Partner with the client to establish data and infrastructure requirements for next-generation GTM initiatives.
  • Build and optimize governed workflows using Clay and CDW data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tealium, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, APIs, and modern MarTech ecosystems.
  • Experience with AI-enabled workflows, GTM automation, and marketing data platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in building scalable GTM infrastructure and automation solutions.

Please prioritize this requirement and start sharing suitable profiles at the earliest. If the market requires slight flexibility on the pay rate for the right candidate, let me know before proceeding.

Note: This is not a traditional Marketing Operations or CRM Administrator role. The client is specifically looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer/MarTech Engineer who can build and optimize modern GTM infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Tealium, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, APIs, and marketing automation, with the ability to design, implement, test, and monitor integrations across the MarTech ecosystem. They should be comfortable working with AI-enabled workflows, proactively building scalable solutions, improving lead routing and lifecycle automation, and supporting next-generation GTM initiatives rather than handling operational support tickets or legacy marketing operations.
