At Vizcom, we strive to be a powerful ally to designers, augmenting their skills and streamlining their workflow. Our innovative platform serves as a bridge between imagination and realization, enabling designers to bring their visions to life with unprecedented ease and precision. By combining the intuition of human creativity with the capabilities of artificial intelligence, Vizcom is shaping the future of design – one where technology amplifies rather than diminishes the designer's role.
The Role:
Vizcom is an AI-powered design tool that helps industrial designers bring ideas to life — from sketch to render in seconds. We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the full product management stack with a focus on user growth. You'll manage day-to-day product operations while driving data-informed decisions to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement across our platform.
As our Growth Product Manager, you'll own day-to-day product operations while driving growth initiatives across the product. You'll manage sprint processes, work closely with our distributed engineering team (including members in Europe), and build our data infrastructure to transform how designers discover and adopt Vizcom. You'll obsess over the first-time user experience, ensuring every designer who enters Vizcom understands its power within minutes. This role combines operational excellence with analytical rigor, requiring both technical depth in data analysis and deep empathy for creative professionals.
How You’ll Do It:
Manage day-to-day product operations, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
Break down complex feature requests into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements
Write detailed product specifications and documentation that serve as the single source of truth
Facilitate effective async communication between US and European team members through clear written updates
Build and maintain comprehensive analytics infrastructure using BigQuery and modern BI tools
Run rigorous A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion at every stage
Create data dashboards and reports that drive company-wide decision making
Champion data-driven culture across the organization
What You’ll Bring:
3- 5 years of product management experience with focus on growth, analytics, or data products
Strong operational mindset with experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and shipping features
Exceptional written communication skills - you write clearly, concisely, and can distill complex ideas into simple concepts
Proven track record of driving meaningful improvements in user activation and retention metrics
Deep user empathy - you understand that behind every data point is a creative professional
Passion for understanding user psychology and behavior
Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Bonus: Experience in creative tools or design software is a plus but not required
Why join Vizcom?
