As a Group Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will lead and inspire a team of Product Managers to shape and execute the strategy for flagship mobile experiences. You will oversee complex products and programs, ensuring seamless coordination between technology, design, and business functions while delivering impactful results for users. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on product execution, aligning roadmaps with customer needs, and driving measurable outcomes. You will influence cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous discovery and high-performance. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful experiences that positively impact both users and the business.

Accountabilities:

·        Define and drive the mobile product strategy, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps for mobile applications.

·        Lead a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and developing high-performing teams using continuous discovery practices.

·        Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution and delivery of mobile initiatives.

·        Prioritize features and initiatives to maximize user impact and align with long-term business objectives.

·        Manage product budgets, business cases, and financial analyses to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI.

·        Facilitate product delivery across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives are met.

·        Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, driving alignment across business and technical teams.



Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        8+ years of product management experience, including leading large-scale consumer mobile apps.

·        Proven experience as a Group Product Manager, with a track record of managing high-impact teams and programs.

·        Expertise in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies, with strong technology delivery experience.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, develop business cases, and measure product outcomes using KPIs.

·        Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; capable of influencing and presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.

·        Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide teams through complex challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.

·        Formal product management certifications or training.

·        Prior experience leading high-performing product management teams in a FinTech or mobile-focused environment.
