Global trade still runs on outdated, time-consuming manual workflows. We’re fixing
that! Amari AI is building AI agents for the logistics industry. Our AI works alongside
humans, automating work that they do so logistics companies can process more
shipments, faster, with fewer errors.
We’re growing fast, backed by First Round Capital (early investors in Flexport), Pear
VC, and other top investors. The timing is perfect: with the tariff changes from the
current administration, the market is waking up to AI.
We’re looking for a Product Manager — a scrappy, systems-minded builder
who can turn complex logistics operations into simple, trusted software.
You’ll own the roadmap and execution for an AI-driven platform that helps logistics
companies handle high-stakes, document-heavy workflows with speed and
accuracy. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineers to define what we
build, how we measure quality, and how we ship products as we scale.
Own end-to-end product execution: customer discovery, prioritization, PRDs/specs, delivery, and launches.
Map messy, real-world logistics workflows (emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, portals) into crisp product experiences
Ship AI features that operators trust: define quality bars (accuracy, confidence, explainability), partner with engineering on evaluation
Design human-in-the-loop UX for operations teams
Build scalable product foundations: instrumentation, metrics, release processes, and a durable way to turn customer feedback into roadmap bets.
Partner closely with GTM and customers: capture insights from pilots, shape
packaging and launches, and ensure product outcomes translate into adoption, retention, and expansion.
3–5+ years of PM experience shipping B2B SaaS, ideally workflow-heavy products for operations teams in non-tech-heavy, highly regulated industries.
Strong execution muscle: you write crisp requirements, drive cross-functional delivery, sweat edge cases, and help shape the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Customer-driven product sense: you’re great at listening to customer feedback, deeply understanding individual company workflows, generalizing patterns across customers, and translating insights into clear, cross-organizational action.
Comfort with technical complexity: integrations, APIs, data pipelines, document extraction and messy, unstructured inputs.
Experience (or strong curiosity) about AI products: especially document extraction AI, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, explainability, and building trust in regulated environments.
Strong product intuition for UX: able to turn complex, compliance-heavy workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users.
Thrives in early-stage ambiguity and is excited to help build the product function from the ground up alongside founders.
Must be in-person in San Francisco, energized by working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and engineers.
Bonus: background in logistics, supply chain, fintech/regtech, compliance tech, or other foundational, regulated industries.
Experience building products for non-tech-heavy but highly regulated industries
A strong understanding for document extraction AI and presenting an intuitive, user-friendly interface
Huge opportunity: Logistics is one of the world’s largest industries, but many core workflows still run on email, spreadsheets, and brittle systems. AI is creating a new platform shift to modernize operations end-to-end.
Category-defining upside: You’ll help define how AI-powered “operations
agents” should work—trusted, explainable, and built for real-world exceptions.
Real traction: We’re already deployed with customers and processing meaningful operational volume; now we’re scaling breadth, depth, and trust across larger accounts.
Founder-level impact: You’ll own core product decisions, earn meaningful equity, and build a career-defining track record in a market that’s ready for change.
