Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify market gaps, new opportunities, and emerging consumer behaviors.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to move products from concept to launch.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze KPIs to iterate on product features.
User Experience (UX): Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interface is intuitive, mobile-responsive, and optimized for the "path to purchase."
Inventory & Launch Management: Partner with the supply chain team to manage lead times, production quality, and inventory levels for successful product drops.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product visions and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
