We're looking for a curious, strategic, and collaborative Downstream Marketing, Product Manager who is excited to shape and execute marketing strategy for our shoulder arthroplasty and ProVoyance portfolio. In this role, you’ll build cross-functional relationships, gain hands-on experience across multiple workstreams, and contribute to meaningful growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This individual will be the main lead for downstream marketing initiatives for a portfolio of solutions in the shoulder arthroplasty market. This role focuses on driving adoption, utilization, and market growth by translating clinical and technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
You will work closely with surgeons, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to optimize product positioning, enhance the user experience, and execute go-to-market strategies.
