We are seeking a Machine Learning-focused Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of cloud-based AI and ML digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure ML platforms deliver measurable value. You will influence roadmaps, translate complex technical concepts into actionable requirements, and drive innovation that impacts users and stakeholders. This is a highly strategic position with the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven digital experiences. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-impact products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and ML-powered digital products.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in AI/ML technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch ML-driven digital products.
  • Manage product backlogs, write and groom user stories, and prioritize features aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to refine ML products and enhance usability.
  • Communicate progress, updates, and outcomes to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet product objectives.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on AI/ML or cloud-based products.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and guide product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership skills to influence, guide, and inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy and translate complex ML concepts into actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with networking, identity management, infrastructure-as-code, automation, or data analytics is preferred.
