We are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management initiatives with a focus on Web Access Management. In this role, you will define the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of secure and user-friendly authentication and authorization solutions. You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT, UX, and business stakeholders to drive seamless user access experiences while improving operational efficiency. This is a high-impact position that combines technical knowledge, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the organization’s digital transformation and security objectives while fostering innovation and best practices in identity management.
Accountabilities
- Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for digital access management products, ensuring alignment with enterprise security goals.
- Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in identity and access management.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, cybersecurity, and business teams to design, build, and launch secure and scalable IAM solutions.
- Manage the product backlog by writing and grooming user stories, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Establish product performance metrics, monitor results using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and milestones to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Oversee product budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and value.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve user experience and product adoption continuously.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, with proven success delivering complex digital solutions.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with authentication and identity management systems in digital environments.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, technologies, and implementation strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and human-centered design principles.
- Solid technical acumen in development processes, UX/UI design, and cybersecurity practices.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional global teams.
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching teams is a plus.
