We are seeking a Cloud Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of cloud-based digital products. In this role, you will define product vision, translate customer needs into actionable plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with business acumen, guiding cloud infrastructure initiatives that enable secure, automated, and efficient environments. You will influence product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on digital product performance while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud-based digital products.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to develop, launch, and manage digital products.
  • Manage product backlogs, write and groom user stories, and prioritize features to meet business goals.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experiences.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and partners.
  • Oversee budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve product objectives.


Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud, digital platforms, or infrastructure services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code, automation, networking, and observability tooling.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in digital product design, UX/UI, identity management, or end-user platforms preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize work, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Additional Level-Specific Requirements:

  • Senior/Lead/Expert levels require increasing responsibility over strategy, roadmap ownership, mentoring, and influencing multiple teams.
  • Product management experience: Senior (3+ years), Lead (5+ years), Expert (7+ years).
