You will act as the bridge between market needs and technical reality, ensuring our solutions maintain a clear and strong value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Innovation: Partner with Lab, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop and execute a robust Innovation Roadmap; Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned cleaning chemistries (e.g., defluxers, in line aqueous cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, vapor‑degreasing fluids, maintenance cleaners); lead products through each stage-gate process to ensure competitive differentiation and timely market entry.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies and sales policies designed to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Market Intelligence & VOC: Coordinate ongoing Voice of the Customer (VOC) exercises and innovation sessions to define regional and global requirements for new product launches.
  • Technical & Channel Leadership: Serve as the technical authority for internal teams and channel partners, providing both internal and external training and support for customer trials and audits.
  • Business Intelligence: Perform deep market research and competitive analysis; utilize data-driven analysis to track unit volumes, revenue, and margins to inform future product direction.
  • Regulatory Leadership: Ensure compliance with stringent industry standards, including Aviation (Boeing, Airbus), Electronics (IPC, J-STD), and environmental regulations like REACH, RoHS, VOCs, PFAS and TSCA.
  • ITW Business Model: Leverage 80/20, USa, and PLS principles to drive cost savings and high-impact decision-making.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven Experience: 3 to 7 years in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing within a manufacturing environment, ideally with a background in electronics manufacturing, precision cleaning, or industrial chemicals.
  • Data Proficiency: A strong preference for data-driven decision-makers; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a significant advantage.
  • Commercial Savvy: A passion for technology and innovation with a proven ability to analyze segmented profit and loss statements to impact the financial success of a product line.
  • Leadership Instincts: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions & Travel:

You will join a dynamic and diverse team in a professional office setting. This role requires the ability to travel up to 20-25% domestically and internationally, ranging from day trips to week-long excursions depending on the product lifecycle.
