We’re looking for a driven Category Product Manager to own strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for a diverse category within our Building Products portfolio.

As a key cross-functional leader, you will:
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that fuel growth and deliver on business objectives
Use market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to uncover new opportunities
Lead product innovation from concept through commercialization
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver excellent, manufacturable products
Own product assortment, lifecycle decisions, and pricing strategies to optimize category performance
Build compelling product positioning and equip Sales with effective tools and storytelling
Support launch initiatives across marketing channels including packaging, digital content, and training
Serve as product expert — coaching Sales, supporting customer conversations, and guiding internal decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, operations, legal, and finance
Track performance metrics and transform data into action
This role requires creative thinking, strong communication, and the confidence to influence decisions across the business.
5+ years in product management, category management, or product marketing — ideally in building materials or a related industry
Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles and driving profitable growth
Ability to translate market data into clear decisions and priorities
Experience leading projects from idea to commercial success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Tech-savvy with strong analytical, organization, and communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building alignment and momentum across teams
A natural collaborator with strong influencing skills
