We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape and enhance innovative learning experiences for professionals in technology. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to turn user insights into actionable product solutions. You will support the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—while contributing to initiatives that drive engagement, growth, and long-term user value. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and organized, with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful product experiences. · Partner with product leaders to translate business goals into actionable product plans and initiatives.
· Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to define product requirements.
· Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, and launch.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, prioritize work, and ensure delivery aligns with user impact goals.
· Assist with Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
· Track product performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
· Support user research initiatives through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
· Familiarity with CMS platforms and data analytics tools.
· Understanding of product marketing, growth strategies, and the product development process.
· Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
· Strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
· Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery, including prototyping, testing, and iterating solutions.
· Preferred: experience with JIRA, Productboard, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and business analytics.
· Competitive salary ($85,000 - $127,000, depending on experience and location).
