Main purpose of the Associate Product Manager role:

To support the planning, execution, and optimization of A/B testing and agile product initiatives. This role plays a key part in turning insights into impactful tests, improving team processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate learning and delivery across REVOLVE and FWRD.

 

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end A/B testing process: intake, planning, execution, analysis, and follow-up
  • Partner with product managers, analysts, designers, and engineers to align tests with project goals and timelines
  • Maintain Jira boards, test trackers, and documentation to support sprint planning and testing workflow
  • Monitor testing velocity and help identify opportunities to improve process efficiency
  • Prepare clear summaries of test status, outcomes, and insights for team updates and stakeholder reporting
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of experimentation initiatives

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent follow-through
  • Clear and concise communicator who can translate ideas and data into action
  • Curiosity-driven and comfortable working with data and experimentation outcomes
  • Collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional environments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, product ops, UX ops, or related roles
  • Exposure to agile workflows, sprint planning, or experimentation processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Interest in data-informed decision making and testing workflows
  • Must be able and willing to perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting or helping run A/B tests (e.g., through planning, QA, or reporting
  • Exposure to consumer-facing digital products (ecommerce or retail preferred)
  • Interest in or familiarity with the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space — especially brands like REVOLVE
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

 

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
