- Own the vision and strategy for the content planning and performance platform, including Airtable-based campaign planning, CMS/DAM integrations, and telemetry dashboards. - Design structured content models and workflows to support planning, creation, localization, adoption (HQ → Geo, Geo → Geo), and publishing of global content. - Develop critical metrics for measuring content performance across the supply chain, including time to publish, asset utilization, cost per asset, content utilization, content engagement, and content reuse. - Lead integration work between content planning tools (Airtable), digital asset and content management, product information management, and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics). - Build and launch dashboards that provide real-time transparency into workflow health, bottlenecks, and content effectiveness. - Drive AI and experimentation strategy across planning, metadata capture, and content optimization in partnership with AI/ML teams. - Advocate for geo content teams by designing flexible workflows that empower local content adoption, reuse, and measurement. - Champion telemetry and measurement standards to create a self-optimizing content supply chain. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, Marcom, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Product Marketing, and content operations partners to deliver high-quality product outcomes. - Onboard new users to the tools, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners.


  • 8+ years of product management experience, including direct ownership of platform products, content tools, MarTech, CMS, DAM, or DXP tools.
  • Deep understanding of content supply chains, content planning workflows, and global content operations.
  • Hands-on experience designing and scaling structured metadata systems and content performance tracking solutions.
  • Proven track record building and scaling internal tools or workflow automation platforms across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (preferably Adobe AEM), DAM systems (e.g., Nuxeo), Airtable, and enterprise-grade planning systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience defining content metrics and building dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Airtable Interfaces).
  • Experience building privacy-first telemetry systems or working with analytics frameworks (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake/BigQuery pipelines).
  • Ability to work scrappily and resourcefully to stand up early solutions while planning for scalable future state.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic problem solver: You see connections between tools, workflows, content, and outcomes.
  • Empathy for content operations teams — you understand their needs and design tools that unlock creativity and efficiency.
  • Bachelor degree


  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven content personalization, content tagging, or experimentation platforms (Adobe Target, etc.).
  • Experience supporting geo-localized workflows and building global-to-local adoption models.
  • Knowledge of content experimentation (A/B testing, MVT) and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Strong technical competence (APIs, integrations, data pipelines) to partner closely with engineering.
  • Passion for building internal platforms that drive efficiency, creativity, and measurable business impact.
  • MBA Degree


At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
