Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47.00hr - $52.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Azure OpenAI Services, GPT / LLM Models, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Agentic AI, Semantic Kernel, and LangGraph / LangChain.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure AI Services.
  • Strong development skills in Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Experience with Workflow Automation and GitHub Copilot.
  • Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Endpoint Management, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Knowledge Management Platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered workplace automation solutions.
  • Develop intelligent virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build Agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and IT support automation.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ITSM platforms, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop workflow automations using Power Platform, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Implement intelligent employee self-service solutions.
  • Enhance productivity through Copilot-enabled workflows.
  • Improve workplace experience with AI-driven support and knowledge management.
  • Develop AI solutions for ticket summarization, automated ticket classification, and knowledge article generation.
  • Implement self-healing automation and intelligent incident routing.
  • Reduce manual effort through automation and predictive support capabilities.
  • Integrate AI platforms with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Services.
  • Develop APIs and connectors for seamless data exchange.
  • Establish Responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Monitor AI solution performance and optimize models.
  • Support AI lifecycle management and operational excellence.
